What to do if washing machines does not drain the water?

If your washing machine is not draining water, the issue could be a clogged pump or a kinked hose. Follow the simple instructions displayed below to quickly resolve the issue.

Three checks to get your washing machine running again.

1. Start by draining the water away and check the pump

If such an error occurs, the first thing a user should do is to close the water supply so that no more water can flow in. Next, turn off the washing machine first with the button, and then pull out the main plug.
