  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Ajwain (carrom seeds) – 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard oil – 1 tbsp (optional, for flavor)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

Take besan and water and mix all ingredients (except oil) into a thick paste. Add this to the marinated fish & combine them till they are coated well.Marinate for 30 mins.

Take rice flour on a plate, roll the marinated fish in the flour and make sure it’s uniformly dusted on both sides. Arrange all the dusted fish on a plate for frying in air fryer.

Place the fish in the basket, brush lightly with oil.

Instructions:

Make the dough:
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt. Add curd and oil; combine to form crumbs. Gradually add milk and knead into a soft, smooth dough. Cover and rest for 10–15 minutes.

Prepare the stuffing:
In a separate bowl, mix grated cheese, corn, capsicum, olives, and half of the chopped garlic.

Shape the bread:
Roll out the dough into an oval or circle (about ½ cm thick). Place the stuffing on one half, then fold over to form a semi circle. Press edges to seal and gently crimp them with a fork.

Flavor it:
Mix melted butter with remaining chopped garlic and dried herbs. Brush this generously over the top.

Air Fry:

For the Tahini Sauce:

  • 80 g tahini

Clean the cauliflower and remove all the leaves. Press the garlic and mix with the spices and olive oil to create a marinade. Thoroughly rub the cauliflower with the marinade. Place it in the Bosch Air Fryer. Bake at 180 °C for 35-40 minutes, depending on the desired level of browning and the size of the cauliflower.

Ingredients:

  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 2 apples
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 30g butter
  • 35g white sugar
  • 35g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar (8g)
  • 75g powdered sugar
  • 35g sliced almonds

Method:

Peel, quarter, and core the apples, then cut them into fine cubes. Put them in a pot with lemon juice, butter, sugar, cornstarch, and 1.5 tsp of cinnamon. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes until a compote forms.

Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 12 rectangles (5 x 10 cm). Place a dollop of apple compote on 6 of the rectangles, then cover them with the remaining pastry rectangles. Press the edges together with a fork.

Mix 1 tsp cinnamon with vanilla sugar. Sprinkle the turnovers with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place them in the basket of the Bosch Air Fryer and bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
